C语言编写程序计时

在我们编程的时候，有时候需要我们去监测程序运行的时间问题，尤其是在做加速或者做优化的时候，一个程序运行的时间也许就是我们判断程序好坏的标准，所以我们有时候要进行计时。（因为用到了，所以做个记录方便下次查看）

在windows上进行计时
